Joseph A. DiSorbo
Managing Director
Joseph A. DiSorbo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Velocity Partners, a private investment firm focused on acquiring and scaling service-based and software companies with recurring revenue and operational upside.
A serial entrepreneur, he has founded, built, and sold multiple technology companies in ecommerce, logistics, and digital infrastructure. His work centers on creating scalable systems that drive efficiency and long-term enterprise value. He is also the author of Click. Ship. Empire., a book on building leverage through systems and technology.
He lived and worked in Singapore and Seoul, experiences that shaped his global outlook and strategic approach to business. He earned degrees from the University at Buffalo, the University of New Mexico, and Harvard Business School. A longtime member of YPO, he remains actively involved in leadership and peer advisory networks for chief executives worldwide.
Rebecca Wood DiSorbo
Principal
Becky Wood DiSorbo is an accomplished technology executive and business leader with more than two decades of experience in global marketing and public relations. Known for her disciplined leadership and results-driven approach, she has built and led high-performing teams across the U.S. and throughout Asia. Her ability to connect long-term vision with practical execution has made her a trusted advisor to executive teams navigating complex change.
Becky holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a swimmer and held numerous school records.
Outside of her corporate achievements, Becky is a champion triathlete and USA Triathlon Foundation Ambassador, raising funds to expand access to multisport competition for youth, adaptive athletes, and Olympic hopefuls.
